Each piece can be used on its own, or combined into a longer, slower self - care routine to bring down the nervous system. Steam to open. Oil to soften. Mist to settle the space.

How to use: 

Steam:

Steep 1 sachet in a bowl of hot water for facial steam, or 2 sachets for a deeper pelvic or full-body steam.

Massage Oil: 

Use 1–2 drops for face or temples, or 3–5 pumps for body massage.

Mist:

Spray the space, linens, or body to create a quiet, grounding atmosphere.

Ingredients are sourced through trusted suppliers and, when appropriate, prepared in-house through small-batch processes such as botanical infusions. Each material is selected for quality, origin, and feel in use.
